Organic Truffle Sauce


Our Organic Truffle Sauce is made with organic Summer Truffle, organic Champignon mushrooms and organic-extra virgin olive oil.

The Organic Truffle Sauce can be used to prepare starters, first and second dishes.

The Organic Truffle Sauce is a natural product: the product is free of herbs, preservatives and colorants and is flavored with natural ingredients and spices, guaranteed and certified Bio.

Truffle cream: tips for use

  • The Sauce is an excellent product that enhances the flavour of appetizers such as croutons and bruschette, and as a stuffing for omelettes;
  • You can use this product for spaghetti and strangozzi (such as Summer Truffles Strangozzi or Umbrian Strangozzi) or to flavor second courses of meat or fish. We recommend to heat the sauce 40° before serving it;
  •  The sauce is perfect for preparing risotto and delicious fillings of meat;
  • We recommend 20/25 gr for 1/2 people.
